As part of the original Development Sales Team, Krista offers an insider’s perspective on this iconic waterfront project — knowledge of every floor plan, finish, and feature that no outside agent can match.
Her career in luxury real estate began with new construction and single-family homes from Miami Beach to Fort Lauderdale, and she went on to serve as Sales Director for The Ocean Resort Residences – Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach, successfully completing developer sellout in 2021.

Krista’s admiration for design and construction began while earning her Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Miami.
